Clean that Drain!!

My boyfriend and I had been dating just under 5 years and living together for 4 years. We had purchased a house one year ago and got the black lab, etc. I had been getting anxious for my ring, but just couldn't figure out how he'd ever be able to surprise me, living together for so long and all.

Wednesday night, 3/31/04. I was tired, miserable and not feeling well. My boyfriend called me to ask if I wanted to go out to eat. I said no and complained about how it was going to rain for the next week straight, etc. So, I get home and he's in the bathroom, complaining to me that I always clog the drain of the bathtub up with my hair and he was sick and tired of always cleaning it out. I'm thinking, "is he SERIOUS right now?" So I walk by him and drop my work bag down in my bedroom. He's now yelling at me to come and clean the drain right out. So I huff and puff into the bathroom, where he was, and as I lean in to clean the drain, there is my HUGE, beautiful ring. I grabbed the back and stood there screaming and crying! He had gone out that day and bought my ring and it's exactly what I've always wanted. I could NOT be happier!

We're getting married 5/29/05. The 6th anniversary of the day we met !!!
